Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key day-to-day client interface, providing cost management leadership across multiple concurrent campus projects.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans; provide estimating and cost planning through design milestones.
  • •Review and support cost estimate development with design services and the general contractor; reconcile and validate changes and data accuracy.
  • •Negotiate change orders, manage cost checks, valuations, post-contract variances, change control, contingency management, and commitment tracking logs.
  • •Coordinate cost information for cost discussions, drive engineering priorities based on cost impact, and prepare monthly cost reports and final accounts negotiations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium or large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Good knowledge of construction procurement routes, value management, and value engineering; excellent communication skills.
