Job Summary

Design and optimize Web-to-App funnels that drive user acquisition through experimentation and conversion-focused UI. Create and iterate design hypotheses to improve key product metrics, including quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells. Partner closely with a Lead Designer and PMM while maintaining high-quality interfaces using the design system. Produce high-end AI-generated fashion visuals and support growth via email communications, ASA/ASO, and lifecycle materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Project and improve Web-to-App funnels for user acquisition.
•Create, test, and iterate design hypotheses to grow key metrics.

•Analyze experiment results and find new conversion growth points.
•Work with the design system and produce AI-generated fashion visuals; support email communications and lifecycle materials (ASA/ASO).
