Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement FPGAs across architecture definition, implementation, and verification phases.
  • •Create detailed design specifications and develop test plans.
  • •Develop and implement block-level RTL, perform synthesis, and achieve timing closure.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, diagnostics, and signal integrity groups.
  • •Support complex subsystem lab bring-up, integration, and unit test validation; contribute to design process adoption and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of FPGA design experience with an MTech/BTech background in EE/EC domain.
  • •Proficiency with Xilinx, Altera, and Microsemi FPGAs, and strong HDL skills in Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog.
  • •Hands-on FPGA tool experience using Vivado, Quartus, and Libero.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Ethernet-based protocols and interfaces such as PCIe, AXI, memory controllers, OTN, I2C, SPI, and UART; familiarity with UVM and VMM simulation flows is a plus.
  • •Lead and mentor junior design engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive successful project execution with a focus on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
