Analytical role supporting the EMEA META sales organization by delivering dashboards, insights, and data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
•Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
•Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.
•Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data; assist with quota planning and revenue forecasting.
•Provide analysis on GDPR, data localization, and data sovereignty requirements; ensure reporting methodologies align with global and regional standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.
•Experience supporting Enterprise Sales organizations, preferably within the technology sector.
•Knowledge of GDPR and data sovereignty considerations relevant to EMEA markets.
•Strong proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce and forecasting processes.
