Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive multi-quarter technical strategy for Payments across rails, orchestration, and transfers.
  • •Architect and evolve the Payments platform (rails integrations, routing, funds-flow services) for global scale reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • •Lead end-to-end design and rollout of large cross-team initiatives including new rails, migrations, and resiliency programs.
  • •Set and enforce technical standards for financial correctness (idempotency, reconciliation, failure-mode handling, auditability).
  • •Mentor senior/staff engineers across Payments pods and use observability signals to drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
