Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day technical point of contact between engineering and manufacturing for active manufacturing orders.
  • •Clarify engineering intent, design assumptions, and configuration details during build execution.
  • •Support shop floor questions related to drawings, BOMs, routings, wiring, layouts, and assemblies.
  • •Coordinate Manufacturing Change Notices (MCNs) and engineering updates during production.
  • •Identify impacts of manufacturing changes to upcoming orders and drive resolution prior to manufacturing start.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC to be considered.
  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/production experience within the product line.
  • •Working knowledge of Eaton Lean System/Six Sigma (ELSS).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel emphasized) and familiarity with AS400 Item Master, Item Balance, and Product Structure.
