Key Responsibilities

  • •Safeguard CRE loan assets by underwriting loans secured by commercial income-producing properties.
  • •Build and analyze financial models and risk metrics (NOI, DSCR, LTV) including interest rate hedge adjustments.
  • •Evaluate market fundamentals and competitive positioning across submarkets, vacancies, and rental trends.
  • •Analyze individual and corporate guarantors using financial statements, tax returns, liquidity, contingent liabilities, and cash flow.
  • •Monitor compliance with covenants and reporting; review third-party reports and author credit approval memorandums with risk ratings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • •At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or asset management
  • •2–4+ years of dedicated CRE credit analysis, underwriting, or asset management
