Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare electrical services modeling work, including containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm and detection, and security/access modeling.
  • •Prepare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models and develop coordinated services drawings (plans, sections, details).
  • •Set up BIM models to project standards and liaise with client-side Model Managers and internal CAD/BIM managers.
  • •Create work sets and work-sharing methodologies in Revit models, flag resource concerns, and manage delivery against agreed schedules.
  • •Follow QA, document control, archiving and CDM guidelines and advise/revise CAD/BIM standards and templates as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 12 years of experience.
  • •Electrical Design/Electricals experience for BIM modeling work.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drawing production.
  • •Proficiency in REVIT/BIM, including REVIT MEP.
  • •Knowledge of MEP electrical systems such as containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm and detection, security and access modeling.
