Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and common areas such as breakrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, and offices.
  • •Remove refuse and cardboard daily and properly dispose of shrink wrap and other debris.
  • •Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed.
  • •Support exterior upkeep, including snow/ice removal, sweeping walkways, and keeping entryways clear and safe.
  • •Assist with light facilities maintenance and safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment per OSHA and housekeeping requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required).
  • •Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools).
  • •Forklift experience is a plus, and willingness to complete forklift training within the first 30 days.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for up to 90% of the shift.
