Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end Production Budget process for assigned properties and events/seasons, including preparation for upcoming Olympics and sports-related cycles.
  • •Manage key budget areas for the upcoming Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, including position metrics and associated spend through travel and payment application (SCORE).
  • •Serve as a key finance partner to Production and Operations by providing real-time updates on spend versus budget and surfacing risks and opportunities.
  • •Deliver FP&A and controllership requirements, including budgeting cycles/financial roll-ups, close, and actualization of property/event budgets.
  • •Prepare cost analyses and financial summaries to support decision-making and respond to special requests, deep dives, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong Excel formula/function skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
  • •Prior experience with global ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • •CPA experience (CPA, CORE, or similar) is preferred.
