Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
  • •Negotiate and execute contracts in collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors to support OKX growth.
  • •Apply OKX SOPs or create new SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.
  • •Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across group entities and jurisdictions.
  • •Collaborate with business units and the legal team to design and implement legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • •If no law degree, substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience will be considered.
  • •Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgment.
  • •Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools (e.g., Ironclad, Docusign) is preferred.
