Job Summary

Support OKX’s Legal team by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts while partnering with business stakeholders and vendors. Help manage legal and regulatory risk by applying OKX SOPs and improving legal processes, playbooks, and training. Maintain organized contract records across group entities and jurisdictions, and assist with special projects as needed in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
•Negotiate and execute contracts in collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors to support OKX growth.
•Apply OKX SOPs or create new SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risk.
•Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents across group entities and jurisdictions.
•Collaborate with business units and the legal team to design and implement legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
•If no law degree, substantial prior law firm and/or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience will be considered.
•Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and sound legal judgment.
•Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools (e.g., Ironclad, Docusign) is preferred.
