Job Summary

Own apparel product development for assigned styles/collections, from prototype development (BOM) and documentation through sampling and tech pack creation. Collaborate with Design, PLM, Product Line Management, and garment suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, quality, fitting, and approvals. Drive cross-functional communication, follow requested changes (including artwork approvals), and support cost review and supplier negotiations to achieve target FOB competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop assigned styles/collections, including prototype development (BOM), and prepare and maintain required development documents throughout the process.
•Independently develop assigned styles/collections with Design, Product Line Management, Team Head Development, and garment suppliers to ensure on-time sampling and good execution/fit.
•Drive cross-functional communication and manage product comments and requested changes, including artwork approvals, before bulk order placement.
•Create and update tech packs in Puma systems and release them to garment suppliers to start development; ensure timely data administration.
•Conduct cost review and supplier negotiations to achieve target FOB prices/margins and run cost benchmarking for high-volume styles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Garment, Fashion, Clothing, or a related field.
•2–5 years of relevant experience in the garment or apparel industry.
•Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention to detail skills.
•Knowledge of project management, garment construction, and sewing techniques.
•Familiarity with product costing processes and cost analysis.
