Job Summary

Work with Sales and Senior Solution Engineers to support customer presentations, demos, and technical explanations. Learn customer business and technical requirements and connect them to Snowflake’s value. Help prepare and execute PoCs/technical validations to support decisions throughout the sales cycle. Continuously expand knowledge across data, cloud, and AI, while collaborating with internal teams and sharing learnings from the field.

•Collaborate with Sales and Senior SE to support presentations, demos, and technical explanations for prospects and existing customers.
•Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements, and build proposals that connect them to Snowflake’s value.
•Support preparation and execution of PoCs/technical validations to drive customer decision-making across the sales cycle.
•Continuously learn data, cloud, and AI advancements, and deepen understanding of competing technologies and related vendors.
•Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to share field learnings and customer feedback and grow within Japan SE organizational expectations.

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of databases, data warehouses, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies (or the ability to ramp up quickly).
•Basic knowledge of SQL and data utilization, or hands-on learning experience.
•Understand customer challenges and apply logical thinking to connect them to solution proposals.
