Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of contact in assigned therapeutic areas for clinical insights, literature, guidelines, and key opinion leaders.
  • •Develop grant-seeking strategies based on identified knowledge, competency, and performance gaps.
  • •Partner on CME plans aligned with potential funding opportunities and current educational needs using Medscape and public data.
  • •Create materials to support CME grant proposals and use tools/templates for proposal development.
  • •For funded projects, partner with content development, create data analysis plans, and publish educational impact results (posters, conference presentations, journal articles).

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, Pharm.D, PhD, or M.S.).
  • •At least 5 years’ experience developing clinical education and/or business development strategies.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience as a scientific lead or medical director in medical education or pharmaceutical medical affairs.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience supporting grant-based funding efforts (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of CME industry regulations and requirements; strong written and verbal communication skills.
