Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe conditions or mechanical safety problems to the Shift Supervisor.
  • •Perform production verifications at the start of each order and shift, including required visual inspections and defect notification.
  • •Use data acquisition software to determine needed gauging and to keep accurate quality documentation during the run.
  • •Inspect parts throughout the shift, perform liner inspections as required, and properly package and handle production per specifications.
  • •Record scrap, assist with machine startups/shutdowns and line clearances, maintain a clean workstation, and participate in Lean and Safety programs.

Key Requirements
