Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist portfolio and banking relationship advisors with client portfolios, account administration, client communications, and client meetings/presentations.
  • •Coordinate deposit transaction processing and execute daily client servicing activities such as account opening, payments, fees, overdrafts, and inquiry resolution.
  • •Prepare credit underwriting materials, obtain documentation needed for credit monitoring, and maintain credit files and up-to-date systems information.
  • •Oversee client servicing action plans and coordinate across disciplines to ensure execution and follow-up.
  • •Review loan documents and coordinate approval, renewal, due diligence tasks, and compliance adherence for new and ongoing relationships.

Key Requirements
