Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store’s targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • •Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
  • •Be trained in Pandora’s products to become a product expert and work with the regional sales manager to nurture and develop the team for succession.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador, driving customer experience and the store’s overall commercial success.
  • •Collaborate with senior leadership to translate local and global strategy into store, regional and division KPIs and action plans
