Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain supplier profiles.
  • •Support the Sr. Strategist on designated categories.
  • •Execute moderate/low risk and moderate/low spend sourcing projects/contracts, including renewals, addendums, amendments, and maintenance renewals.
  • •Manage sourcing events end-to-end, including needs analysis, market analysis, competitive intelligence, RFI/RFP development, cost/proposal analysis, negotiation, and deal structuring.
  • •Lead negotiations for service provider agreements and finalize contracts with communication, transition, and implementation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with 4+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, best practices, negotiations, and business processes.
  • •Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability.
  • •Change leadership and the ability to champion new initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
