Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and take responsibility for products and equipment on assigned projects by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems.
  • •Diagnose and repair units on-site using hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications, leveraging cutting-edge software and technology.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
