Key Responsibilities

•Define and deliver AI-enabled capabilities to solve engineering and business problems across platform teams, identifying high-value use cases and enabling AI-led development practices.
•Build and ship agentic systems that can plan, execute, and collaborate with humans safely with robust controls.
•Drive core AI capabilities to scale adoption, with strong governance, observability, and evaluation.
•Translate engineering pain points into AI-enabled solutions with appropriate patterns and governance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-assisted capabilities into platforms and workflows.

Key Requirements

•Designing and shipping LLM-enabled applications and agentic architectures in production environments with strong evaluation, observability, and governance.
•Responsible AI governance, evaluation, and data safety (prompt-injection mitigation, data access controls, secrets handling, policy enforcement, audit logging, offline/online evaluation, observability, red-teaming, cost/latency monitoring, safe handling of enterprise and PII data).
•Ability to translate engineering pain points into AI-enabled solutions and select patterns that scale adoption.
•Experience introducing AI-enabled capabilities to solve engineering and business problems, identifying high-value use cases, and delivering measurable outcomes.
•Strong point of view on practical AI adoption and governance, with judgment on when not to use agents.
