Wellbeing Associate Specialist

Support employee engagement and wellbeing by managing charity requests for committee review, executing committee decisions including communications and payments, and organizing staff draws, raffles, and competitions. Coordinate Umra trip activities from vendor sourcing and eligibility data preparation to communications and seat management, including visa requirements. Prepare and analyze quarterly turnover and employee experience reporting and work cross-departmentally to deliver wellbeing campaign logistics.
