Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines and engage in the See Stop Do culture.
  • •Clean plant areas as directed, including shoveling cement/clinker, cleaning spills, sweeping, trash pickup, and drainage ditch cleanup.
  • •Operate motorized vehicles and equipment to perform material transport duties, including motorized sweeper and forklift.
  • •Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties.
  • •Assist as needed with maintenance, production, quarry, and shipping duties, including vacation coverage for other departments.
