Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and own key store goals including sales, conversion, NPS, and customer capture.
  • •Set targets and motivate team members to achieve goals within each shift and manage labor schedule.
  • •Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business and oversee day-to-day operations including training, visual merchandising, opening/closing, asset security, labor planning, inventory and cash controls, and Manager on Duty coverage.
  • •Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of team members to drive Brand awareness and exceptional service.
  • •Support store administration, compliance, key controls (labor, inventory, cash), in-store events and local outreach.

Key Requirements

  • •Two to four years minimum retail store management experience
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Brand Vision and Mission to team and customers
