Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds as directed and on schedule.
  • •Carry out on-site service and repair of equipment, meeting at least 90% of estimated repair times.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and follow standard OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices.
  • •Use CMMS to pull reports and enter data/pass downs for work performed.
  • •Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities; follow safety procedures, good housekeeping, and PPE requirements, including EHS notification if needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3+ years maintenance experience, or high school diploma/GED and 5+ years in a related field, or a 2-year technical school plus 3+ years experience.
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprentice program preferred.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and proven electro/mechanical skills.
  • •Ability to read prints/drawings and suggest modifications; ability to troubleshoot to the systems level.
  • •Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to pull reports and enter data into the CMMS system (CMMS preferred; required for internal candidates).
