Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion zero-harm safety culture, ensure compliance with company standards and Italian regulations, and lead risk prevention and corrective actions.
  • •Lead end-to-end manufacturing across injection molding, assembly, decoration, and cleanrooms while embedding daily shopfloor management and KPI ownership.
  • •Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks (including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FDA) and maintain audit readiness with CAPAs.
  • •Deliver site financial objectives including EBITDA, cost control, cash generation, and manage key P&L levers (labor efficiency, scrap, energy, conversion costs) plus CAPEX planning.
  • •Drive innovation and major transformation initiatives (automation, digitalization, layout changes, MES rollouts) and lead the site leadership team, including union social dialogue.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience in complex, regulated manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong track record delivering financial results and leading transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong exposure to plastics and medical devices, pharmaceutical packaging, or closely related industries.
  • •Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics/Polymer, Chemical, or similar); bachelor’s degree considered with relevant experience.
  • •Deep understanding of safety, quality systems, regulatory environments, and Lean/continuous improvement (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, RCA, TPM, SMED).
