Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead definition and delivery of improvements to AI agent quality, performance, and cost management across validation, prioritization, exploitation, deduplication, and remediation.
  • •Own the evaluation framework and agent harness, creating scalable evaluation methodologies, quality gates, and feedback loops.
  • •Partner with triage, engineering, offensive security researchers, and product teams to align priorities and translate operational workflows into scalable product capabilities.
  • •Work with offensive security researchers to validate exploitability, stress-test agent decisions, and improve reasoning for real-world attack scenarios.
  • •Define product health metrics, design experimentation frameworks, and set success metrics and execution plans for major initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical or AI/LLM products in high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions, including prompting, evaluations, quality control, and building features with generative AI.
  • •Track record of building products with close cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and operations.
  • •Comfort using data to define metrics, run experiments, and make decisions.
  • •Based in Pune (or willing to relocate) and able to work on-site there on a hybrid basis.
