Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day administration of deferred compensation plans, including enrollment, contribution/distribution processing, data validation, and operational plan management.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and taxation of deferred compensation transactions.
  • •Research and resolve participant issues while maintaining responsive, high-quality customer service.
  • •Maintain administrative procedures and operational processes to support plan administration and risk management.
  • •Support executive communications and contribute to deferred compensation analytics, forecasting, reconciliation, and cross-functional systems or program initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • •Knowledge of nonqualified deferred compensation plans and Internal Revenue Code Section 409A administration practices.
  • •Experience using compensation survey/market data tools, HRIS/compensation systems, and reporting tools.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including large-scale data analysis, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
