Key Responsibilities

•Govern governance rhythm for the top of the company including board meetings, executive team meetings, All Hands, and leadership communication cadence; act as animator and alignment driver for the leadership team.
•Lead cross-functional, high-stakes company-wide initiatives that align with the CEO and Joko’s next chapter.
•Deploy Founder Associates as a strike force to address critical gaps in a scalable way as the organization grows.
•Embodies and protects Joko’s culture; acts as a culture carrier and role model for the CEO Office and SteerCo.
•Report to the CEO and collaborate with the co-founders to drive the four current pillars and evolving future priorities.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience combining Tier 1 strategy consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or equivalent) with operating experience in a high-growth tech startup or scale-up.
•Direct and substantive management experience with a track record of hiring and retaining talent.
•Architectural thinking; ability to design multi-quarter operating models and fix broken processes.
•Analytical rigor; structured thinking, attention to detail, and ability to write board-level memos.
•Fluency in English; Paris-based location and ability to lead across diverse stakeholders.
