Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and enable last-mile ships/facilities, coordinating delivery of real estate with developers and owners and verifying specifications.
  • •Execute operational electrical installation projects to ensure required power and safety for each facility.
  • •Implement agile, fast-operational solutions inside facilities (e.g., racks, signage, zoning, functional furniture) with focus on speed and quality.
  • •Deliver office construction and fit-out projects within stations, from concept through key handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Training in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related fields.
  • •Experience in construction projects or real-estate improvements (logistics, industrial, or commercial).

  • •Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (desirable).
