Job Summary

Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, in-person and virtual engagement, and consistent follow-up. Assess customers’ banking needs, process information and basic transactions, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to goals using a digital-first mindset. Partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications.

•Engage customers through multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, and virtually) to provide counseling and education aligned to their goals.

•Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and deliver a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting and processing basic transactions.
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications as needed.
