Job Summary

Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end Pega solutions for payment investigation and exception/dispute workflows using the Pega Smart Investigate framework. Build scalable case management applications including process rules, data models, and background processing (queue processors, job schedulers). Lead secure integrations with banking and transaction systems using REST/SOAP and messaging/file listeners, ensure code quality and performance, and provide architectural guidance while mentoring engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, configure, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end Pega solutions leveraging Pega Smart Investigate for investigations and exception/dispute workflows.
•Design and implement payment operations automation, including handling SWIFT messages, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.
•Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and complex background processing components.
•Design and configure secure enterprise integrations linking Pega with external banking ledgers and core transaction systems using REST/SOAP and messaging/file listeners.
•Enforce Pega guardrails through code reviews, optimize application performance by troubleshooting bottlenecks, and mentor junior engineers within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7+ years of hands-on enterprise Pega development on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x preferred).
•Proven hands-on experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and strong understanding of payment systems and banking regulations.
•Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certifications.
•Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, ECS design, Data Pages, declarative expressions, UI rules, and report definitions.
•Strong SQL and integration experience, plus familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines and modern Scrum/agile delivery.
