Senior HR Services Specialist (Warszawa, Poland)

Deliver high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle as a subject matter expert for complex cases. Manage German- and English-language HR requests, support onboarding through offboarding, and prepare employment contracts and amendments. Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors/SAP and coordinate onboarding with IT, Facilities, and Payroll. Provide second-level HR systems support, help with annual HR processes, and liaise with external authorities on social insurance and employment administration.
