•Develop and manage a team of functional experts providing on-the-ground support for strategic initiatives at auction sites.
•Lead execution of major operational changes across auction sites, partnering with General Managers to implement initiatives aligned with ADESA’s strategic goals.
•Anticipate site-specific challenges and deploy customized solutions to enable effective implementation and proactively remove barriers for field teams.
•Provide comprehensive training and support for field teams on new processes and systems to promote adoption and operational excellence.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools, equipment, and resources are available, and facilitate communication between field and corporate functions.
