Maintain safety and security for staff, artists, vendors, and guests at the Fillmore New Orleans. Proactively interact with guests to remove hazards, prevent and resolve altercations, and lead emergency evacuation procedures. Inspect guests using metal detectors or pat-down searches to prevent weapons and harmful items, enforce venue photo/video policies, and safeguard against theft and property damage while communicating via radios and signals throughout shifts.
