Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and maintain training and development, coaching and mentoring direct reports.
  • •Receive tasks and facilitate passdown post analysis with the Boise YA team and the OMT remote team.
  • •Track probe yield performance and trends to identify and explain gaps between target and actual yields.
  • •Perform advanced statistical and data-mining analysis to quantify yield issues and generate yield paretos.
  • •Collaborate with FA/EFA/PFA and partner with module and global teams to implement, monitor, and standardize yield fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physical Science, or 5+ years of semiconductor experience.
  • •5+ years as a Yield Analysis engineer in DRAM manufacturing (HVM environment).
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor physics, transistor operations, scaling limitations, reliability, and CMOS circuits with characterization methods.
  • •2+ years using at least one software tool such as JMP or Python.
  • •DRAM yield analysis experience (7+ years) and module ownership (HVM preferred), including semiconductor physics and characterization methods (preferred).
