Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter orders in the system based on reviewed contracts/POs and coordinate with demand planning on delivery-date commitments.
  • •Monitor production status, track order progress, and initiate approval flows for special needs.
  • •Coordinate with finance for release after payments/LC progress, and prepare shipping release documents.
  • •Coordinate with logistics for booking and freight dispatch, and provide shipping plans to sales.
  • •Prepare customer shipping documents (export and domestic, including VAT invoices) and maintain/record shipment data, supporting audits and Lean process projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Japanese JLPT/N1 certificate and ability to communicate in basic business Japanese.
  • •Basic English reading and writing ability; CET-6 certificate preferred.
  • •Proficiency with office software (Word/Excel/PPT, etc.).
  • •Strong cross-department communication skills and a steady, practical working style.
