Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage materials and equipment capacity planning for customer requirements and inventory objectives.
  • •Manage purchase orders for raw material films/resin, including lead times, ready dates, and PO log maintenance; update SAP as needed.
  • •Determine disposition of old/obsolete film using monthly inventory reports and manage raw material levels using FIFO.
  • •Coordinate raw material transfers between plant operations and work with corporate procurement to source materials to support production schedules.
  • •Maintain raw material schedules and requisitions, manage oversize stock allocations and claims, and provide KPI updates; support cost-saving WCOM initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ops Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment with inventory management experience.
  • •Knowledge of purchasing/accounting processes and basic business acumen tied to operating profit and working capital for materials planning.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build cooperative working relationships.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new software; SAP/Ariba experience preferred.
