•Engage with land regulators by working closely with regional public policy leads to build relationships
•Lead and structure land deals and agreements with government, industrial park developers, land owners, and consultants

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any Engineering discipline
•At least 5 years of relevant working experience
•Strong understanding of industrial and commercial land development
•Proficient in financial modeling and analysis
•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
