Key Responsibilities

  • •Be part of the global 24/7 IT Systems Operations support group, delivering L2/L3 support for tickets and tasks.
  • •Perform Azure Administration duties and manage global network devices including firewalls, switches, SSL portals, and access points.
  • •Maintain daily checklist for Microsoft and Network security teams and administer Active Directory security groups and objects.
  • •Support and administer Corporate MDM solution (Intune) and MIM.
  • •Ensure reliable IT security systems, including web-filtering and Endpoint solutions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • • Minimum of 4 years professional work experience.
  • •Degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
  • •Basic knowledge of routing and firewalling; expertise is a major advantage.
  • •Advanced experience with Palo Alto Firewall and Cisco switches preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory) and Linux systems; strong ticket handling and prioritization abilities.
