Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for material movement and pick release coordination across the warehouse and plant network.
  • •Release, track, and monitor picks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to plants.
  • •Track orders from pick release through plant delivery and follow up on open, delayed, or incomplete picks.
  • •Monitor picked and non-picked parts, document shortages/misses, and coordinate recovery plans.
  • •Identify, escalate, and help resolve material flow issues; investigate root causes of misses, delays, and inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience tracking orders, inventory, picks, shortages, or material flow in a warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and communication.
  • •ERP system experience preferred.
  • •Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues promptly.
