Job Summary

Lead the Solutions Engineering team for the SEMEA region, owning the regional build-out alongside sales leadership and regional GTM strategy. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to drive adoption of Grafana’s open-source and commercial/cloud offerings through enablement, demonstrations, technical deep dives, and trials. Mentor Presales SEs, manage performance, and help expand key accounts to exceed financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales Solution Engineers for the SEMEA region.
•Provide servant-based leadership with a player/coach approach, balancing field responsibilities with team needs and career development.
•Own regional planning and execution, directing day-to-day outcomes based on leadership guidance and goals.
•Partner with SEMEA Sales leadership and Marketing on customer programs, community/company events, and adoption initiatives for expansion.
•Own forecasting and reporting cadence while guiding prospects through demonstrations, technical deep dives, trials, and POVs; find and enable sell-through with channel partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: ILS 723,000 - 867,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Lead a team with 5-10 years of experience in the high-tech industry, having held roles such as Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect, or Manager.
•Proven success mentoring and developing people, including managing performance over time.
•Experience in open source selling or cloud-first/product-led go-to-market motions.
•Direct experience implementing sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, COM, value selling, qualification frameworks).
•Direct experience selling monitoring, data, and visualization products, with English fluency required.
