SOX Manager

Lead SOX Program Management by designing governance and oversight for internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls. Execute risk assessment and scoping, guide control and process documentation, and evaluate control design and operating effectiveness. Determine in-scope controls and testing areas, identify deficiencies and root causes, and oversee risk/change monitoring. Partner with business and risk stakeholders, challenge control adequacy, and coordinate with external audit partners.
