Job Summary

Provide entry-level remote technical security support by diagnosing and resolving client incidents using service-assurance tools. Maintain support processes, monitor service delivery against SLAs, and document/close incidents per procedure. Investigate root causes, escalate unresolved cases, and support preventive remedies and knowledge-article updates. Keep secure and accurate configuration item records and coordinate with stakeholders to restore service and improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the support process and handle requests according to established procedures.
•Investigate and diagnose incidents using service assurance software/tools, collecting statistics and producing reports.
•Monitor service delivery against SLAs, analyze service records, and initiate or report actions to maintain/improve service levels.
•Identify root causes, escalate unresolved incidents, follow up until resolution, and provide service recovery after resolution.
•Maintain secure configuration items (CIs), document and close incidents per procedure, update systems/ticketing tools, and ensure knowledge article usage and updates.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level knowledge of security technologies such as firewall, IPS, IDS, and proxy.
•Entry-level experience providing technical support to clients, including remote support in security technologies.
•Entry-level experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical incidents and problems.
•Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies including Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterCOnnect, and Sonus.
•Associate-level certification in security technologies (examples listed include CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA, and others).
