Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance of pumped chemical systems supporting fab operations, including distribution manifolds, chemical deliveries, and tote/dispenser hookups. Drives design reviews, scalable design systems, and process/tool/documentation improvements; collaborates with platform architects; applies design thinking to translate requirements into hypotheses; mentors contributors and coordinates with project managers to ensure timely, quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of pumped chemical systems supporting fab operations, including chemical distribution manifolds, deliveries, and hookup/disconnection of totes, drums, and bottles.
•Streamline activities under common initiatives, ensuring alignment and unity across teams.
•Execute design work that meets defined quality standards within specified timelines.
•Identify team needs regarding processes, tools, documentation, and asset management; drive changes to improve efficiency.
•Conduct design reviews of blocks with peers and management to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or commensurate work experience; typically 6-8 years related work experience in product design or related field.
•Proficiency with AutoCAD and experience in 3D modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, CATIA, SolidWorks).
•Knowledge of P&ID drawings, SCADA/DCS systems, and chemical operations; ability to wear full face respirator or PAPR and chemical resistant clothing.
•Experience performing tool installations, startup permit verifications, signoffs, lockout/tagout, and after-hours response.
•Strong communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills; cross-org skills include effective communication and learning agility.
