Job Summary

Lead performance creative for paid social in Brazil, elevating the quality and effectiveness of Canva’s advertising. Own campaign concept-to-execution work across static and video formats, developing hooks, storyboards, scripts, and platform-native visual treatments for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more. Partner with copywriters, performance marketers, editors, motion designers, producers, and creators, then translate performance learnings into new creative hypotheses and repeatable best practices.

•Lead the creative development of performance marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
•Create engaging static and video advertising for paid social and digital platforms.
•Develop creative hooks, campaign concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments tailored to platform behavior.
•Direct and deliver design craft across layouts, motion assets, thumbnails, end cards, and digital advertising formats.
•Review campaign performance and translate insights into new creative hypotheses, concepts, and testing opportunities.
