Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives and financial frameworks that support data-informed business decisions.
  • •Build and maintain KPI reporting metrics and deliver compelling narratives to help business partners understand performance trends.
  • •Perform complex financial analyses and develop scalable mechanisms to provide insights on business drivers and opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
  • •Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management, communicating complex finance topics with the right level of detail.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline).
  • •Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • •Experience with data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or experience in relevant finance roles.
  • •Fluency in English (speak, write, and read) and experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results.
