Cargo Supervisor - ORD

Oversee day-to-day cargo operations at the station, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to EK SkyCargo procedures. Plan and coordinate operational activities to maximize productivity, delegate and control subordinate staff and contractors, and monitor third-party performance. Resolve cargo disruptions, delays, and mishandling issues; compile and complete required cargo documentation and post-flight station records. Lead, motivate, and train the team while handling customer queries, complaints, and claims.
