Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for the Control Center platform.
  • •Build platform capabilities including authentication, authorization, audit logging, and related security services.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • •Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and Agile ceremonies.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high availability and reliability; improve performance, observability, security, and developer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Be based in Brazil and have proficiency in English at B2 level or above.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) or 2+ years of software development experience.
  • •Experience with Golang and/or React, and building/consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • •Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • •Experience with observability tools (e.g., Grafana), databases (e.g., MySQL/Aurora/Cockroach/DynamoDB/MongoDB), Terraform/IaC, and AWS services such as SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
