Job Summary

Design and develop robust, scalable data pipelines, data marts and BI dashboards for the Singapore Airlines Group. You’ll analyze data, ensure quality and SLAs, build data-driven insights, and contribute to data solutions across multiple subsidiaries in the group.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand business processes, applications and how data is created, stored and gathered in Singapore Airlines Group.
•Use big data tools and platforms to create and maintain data pipelines, ensuring robustness, scalability and reliability; troubleshoot issues as needed.
•Build expertise and domain knowledge on the data; establish and own data quality and SLA for various data flows.
•Explore, analyse, and aggregate data to provide business insights; create compelling visuals to convey insights to stakeholders.
•Design, build and manage data marts to satisfy growing data needs; participate in project teams to manage deliverables, resources and timelines.

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science or a related technical field.
•More than 2 years of SQL and Python experience.
•Experience with AWS, GCP, and infrastructure-as-code systems; DevOps experience is a plus.
•Experience in ETL pipeline design, implementation and maintenance.
•Experience working with visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
