Key Responsibilities

•Collect outstanding invoices to reduce aged receivables while maintaining positive customer relationships.
•Prepare quarterly Bad Debt Reserve reviews and recommend doubtful accounts.
•Perform monthly reconciliations, including unapplied cash, unclaimed credits, and clearing accounts.
•Document and resolve payment discrepancies (delinquent accounts, short payments, overpayments) using effective dispute management.
•Update account status in SAP, collaborate with Cash Application and Global Credit Management, and support SOX-compliant internal controls and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, customer service, or a role supporting internal and external customers.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) and intermediate Spanish.
•Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet analysis).
•Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
